Manage the marketing art team, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Develop and implement project management processes to improve efficiency and collaboration within the Marketing Art team.
Track progress on marketing projects, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.
Facilitate regular team meetings, provide feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring that visual assets effectively communicate key messages.
Ensure all marketing visuals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the pipelines and propose new effective ways of production management.
What kind of professional are we looking for?2+ years of experience as a Marketing Art Manager / Producer / Project Manager role within the gaming industry.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in planning, setting deadlines, and managing a team using Project management best practices.
Proficiency in industry-standard project management software, basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, etc).
Experience in managing the production of various marketing materials, including banners, icons, screenshots, and videos.
Understanding of casual mobile game marketing trends and best practices.
Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions.
Fluency in English language.
Would be a plus: Familiarity with technical requirements for creatives in different networks.
Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO) and the requirements for promotional materials on platforms like the App Store and Google Play.
