For which tasks (responsibilities)? Conducting research on the web gaming market to develop tools to estimate market size.
Formulating a general marketing strategy, including performance advertising, affiliate programs, and expanding distribution channels.
Setting priorities for focus areas and hypotheses, evaluating their potential, and establishing milestones and deadlines.
Allocation of resources (budget and personnel) following the approved directions.
Management of the recruitment process, performance evaluation, and staff development plans.
Working closely with the product team to achieve common goals.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Leadership skills and ability to work effectively under conditions of partial uncertainty.
High analytical literacy and experience in working with large amounts of data.
Business results oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills to successfully interact with various departments.
Experience in the web gaming industry and understanding of key product metrics for F2P games.
Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, GAds, Firebase.
Experienced in a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Tech background and experience in managing small teams will be an advantage.
