TP-Link Portugal is seeking B2B sales to help continuously grow in the Enterprise Security and Enterprise Networking Business Unit.
TP-Link targets to look for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the depth and breadth of CCTV channel management.
Based on networking and security one-stop solution, this will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forwards.
Position Overview:As BDM, you will represent a pivotal role in developing our business mainly in CCTV and security channel.
You will be responsible for recruitment of new CCTV value-added distributor and key account partner, collaborating with vertical sales and territory manager to dig B2B industry business (CCTV VAD as focus, B2B sub-disti and CCTV KA partner included).
Job Description:Overall Security vertical business development, develop and implement sales targets and improve CCTV channel coverage.Identify and nurture potential value-added distributors within the security territory, focusing on CCTV VAD, CCTV system integrator, and B2B Sub-disti.Drive and motivate managed accounts to sell our complete all-in-one solution (mainly Business WiFi + CCTV), growing in-house share with managed partners.Lead project flow internally and externally, organize and check multi-party cooperation steps and ensure timeline control and supply achievement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, vertical sales, marketing, and technical support to deliver complete solution service and brand value.Keep involvement with and insight into security and CCTV industry trends, competitor actions, and market news, aligning to decision-making.Summarize and present the responsible sales report.We are looking for:Proven sales experience in the security sectors (CCTV related industry experience as an advantage).In-depth knowledge of B2B partners and a good understanding of the B2B market within the dedicated vertical-security, well-known engagement with local distributors and partners, and know-how on kick-off business with new accounts.Target-oriented to achieve and exceed sales targets, ownership, and independent ability to deal with project cases and ensure local business operations run well.Minimum 3 years field sales experience in the designated vertical is required, ready for mapping visits with potential CCTV distributors and KA partners, staying with and listening to B2B partners and customers in daily work.Experience in project management and updating account pipeline and database.Full clean driving license.What will it be like to work for TP-Link?TP-LINK is always on the lookout for energetic individuals, who are enthusiastic about their work and willing to learn.
