The WA.Platform is a fully scalable and customisable solution, featuring over 75 game providers, 6,400+ games, and support for multiple currencies, along with access to over 80 payment methods. WA.Technology enables operators to build their own casino, sportsbook, lottery, fantasy, or poker business precisely as they envision it.

Long story short, you willbe leading a Team of Casino Coordinators, manage and maintain the games road-map for our aggregator and be a crucial member of our Casino Operations Team. You will be working closely with the Casino Project Manager to support the building of the next generation of iGaming products and services. The team is based in different locations around the world so you will be communicating and collaborating with your team using various online communication platforms. As a Casino Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Casino Operations.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:Manage a team of Casino Coordinators/specialists, help and coach them in their daily tasks
Manage and maintain the games road-map for the Aggregator, based on the latest information from the game providers & client requests
Be the contact point for anything Aggregator related with all departments, including but not limited to Tech, Support, Commercial and Account Management, Product and Finance.
Prepare regular reports for management
Support the rest of the casino team in maintaining the database with the latest information from game providers.
Liaise with Account Managers of game providers to resolve those issues amicably as needed.
Work closely with the commercial department to ensure the growth of aggregator clients.
Work closely with the Casino Project Manager on new implementations and on-boarding of new Game Providers
Conduct thorough market research using network data and market-based competitor analysis to understand new games and their industry performance.
Be a team player with all departments, including but not limited to Tech, Support, Commercial and Account Management, Product and Finance.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (Casino Ops Manager, Casino Ops Specialist etc). Previous experience in the iGaming industry is essential.
Previous Team/people management experience and leadership skills
Collaborative team player who enjoys working with others.
Able to understand providers' requirements and pressure points and advocate for their needs internally.
Problem solving-skills: motivated and forward-thinking, with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong business acumen, especially in negotiation and sales.
Effective communication skills with a dynamic personality that can adapt to different situations
Strong analytical skills and being data driven
Existing connections with game providers are a plus.
