Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.
Job DescriptionOur HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany to keep HR IT systems of BOSCH running, up to date and prepared for the future. Our team is looking for an HR IT Group Manager to lead our team and support major digitalization projects, joining our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:
Your contribution to something big: Alignment of all activities and goals of HR-IT support on the corporate strategySupport the HR Digitalization program from an overall perspective with the team membersDefinition and setup of the organizational structure and operation processesProviding leadership to the topic owners (guidance, coaching and supporting)Identification of training needs and development possibilities for the associatesCoordination, collaboration and setting up network within the EMEA CPE HR IT team.Safeguarding the stability and continuous improvement of existing and new systems to guarantee SLAsManaging the stakeholder expectations inside of HRZ global team and also from BD and HR/HRS perspectiveSupporting the budget planning process for GS/HRZ4 team in line with central and HRS Lisbon locationFollowing up the cost, headcount related topics and making adjustments during the year depending on the needsMonitoring of the agreed capacity of the group and liaising regularly with internal stakeholders on service evolution and performanceOptimizing internal collaboration; discussing and implementing continuous improvement measures to standardize internal processesSteering recruitment and onboarding of new team membersParticipating in global leadership management meetings to drive information exchange, communicate service development and results, promote alignment between teamsOverseeing Analytics topics in ACE team, driving the strategic aspects and planning of analytics delivery topics from Lisbon team perspective.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you: Degree in Management, IT or similar (Master preferred)Extensive and progressive work experience in both project and people managementBroad functional IT expertise, focusing on HR product portfolioStrong service-mindset to different levels of customersFunctional knowledge about HR processes and HR systems are strong assetsFamiliarity with international and multicultural working environments and virtual teamsDemonstrated track record of well-honed problem-solving skillsNegotiation and convincing skillsContinuous-learning mindset; openness to treat ambiguity without top-down approachExceptional communication skills in fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level); German and/or other languages are strong assetsAdditional InformationChallenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health-related activities | canteen | good access to public transport | space for creativity
