Bose is a leading innovator in the consumer electronics industry, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. Our HR IT team plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the HR platforms, technology, and integrations, with a primary focus on Workday. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR IT Program/Project Manager to lead our HR IT Portfolio, ensuring the successful execution of Workday projects and driving continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership for the HR IT Portfolio, overseeing project initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Collaborate with HR, HR IT, HR Solutions Center, and our outsourced Workday AMS managed service partner to develop and communicate the HR IT Roadmap.- Lead the development of a strategic multi-year roadmap to mature our HR IT capabilities.- Aid in the prioritization of programs and requests to maximize value and resources.

Program Management:
- Own Program Reporting for all HR IT initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.- Drive and evolve the HR IT Program structure, cadence, and governance to optimize project execution.- Manage intake of requests from stakeholders, and triage accordingly.

Project Execution:
- Lead and coordinate the execution of Workday projects from concept to implementation, managing change and driving HR functional excellence.- Work closely with business and technical teams to translate ambiguous goals into specific Workday delivery tactics and milestones.

Vendor Management:
- Manage the vendor relationship with the AMS provider, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of services.- Monitor and control the execution of Workday project initiatives outsourced to third-party vendors.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Develop and deliver professional and high-quality presentations and project plans for all levels of management.- Facilitate effective communication between HR, HR IT, and other relevant stakeholders.- Drive change management amongst stakeholders to increase adoption of new enhancements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing complex programs, preferably in HR IT.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to move seamlessly between team collaboration and leadership roles.- Experience with Workday Program delivery, including both transformational and operational projects.- Demonstrated experience in managing programs with outsourced IT vendors.

Certifications (Preferable):
- PMP Certification- Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner Certification- Workday Certification (Desirable)
