This role involves managing the global compliance oversight program for People and Places (P&P), working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain compliance schedules, documentation, and roadmaps.
Responsibilities:- Create, maintain, and improve the HR Compliance Governance Process, focusing on controls, testing, and ongoing monitoring to implement effective compliance activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for compliance assessments, audits, and reporting requests, both internal and external.
- Develop a framework for compliance with laws and regulations governing federal, state/provincial, and local government agencies, guiding P&P sub-functions through application.
- Maintain an inventory of HR compliance requirements and RACI models for each requirement, developing roadmaps and timelines for compliance activities.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to document and operationalize new compliance requirements and update them accordingly.
- Manage compliance activities such as audits, reporting, assessments, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in human resources, compliance administration, and/or legal including program management duties.
- Knowledge and experience working in compliance roles focused in the HR field.
- Successful experience managing compliance-related projects or programs requiring input and action from cross-functional stakeholders.
- A competitive estimated salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
