About 80% of our managers and leaders have been promoted from within That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleReceiving inbound calls from customers contacting us about their contractCommunicating with existing customers and internal customers (other departments)Answering customer queries, arranging services for customersEntering and updating customer information to the internal databaseAnalysing customer behaviour and tailoring services to suit customer's needs (Fact finding and Objection handling)Handling customer complaints by understanding the needs of clients and responding effectively taking ownershipDeveloping aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedbackNegotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business also focusing heavily on revenueHaving regular coaching sessions with Team manager and Quality coaches to propose customer retention solutions and improve call structureDocumenting customers notes and actions taken on each callBuilding positive relationships with customers, team leaders and OPSDemonstrating success in surpassing targets, KPI's and objectives within the team.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have an advanced level of French (written and oral) (C1)English level (intermediate)Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months);High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure;Fast learner, diligent worker.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
