What you'll do:- Support the Integrated Management System (IMS) in its various areas and participate in its internal and external audits; - Check compliance with environmental, quality and other sustainability rules and draw up reports; - Support the preparation of environmental risk assessments and the identification and monitoring of applicable prevention measures; - Collaborate in document management, controlling document compliance and ensuring their organisation in the document management system; - Support the monitoringof legislation applicable to the activity, within the scope of the IMS and Sustainability; - Support mandatory environmental reports; - Collaborate in employee awareness-raising and training activities to promote a culture of sustainability and compliance with the rules established in the IMS.What you need to bring:- Degree in Environmental Engineering; - Knowledge of English;- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, others); - Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in the environmental field (mandatory); - Professional experience with Integrated Management Systems is valued.What do we offer:- An attractive remuneration package, composed not only by a monthly salary, but also by a pack of fringe benefits; - An open and informal working atmosphere, with a lot of cultural and social events in which you can play an active role.- A multicultural, diverse team environment, composed by more than 20 different nationalities.- A hybrid model of work, providing a better work-life balance.Why Stricker?Daily, we work hard but we play harder.
