Estratégia, coordenação e supervisão de atividades e projetos dentro das áreas sob responsabilidade (Quality Affairs);
Colaboração no desenvolvimento de estratégias que melhor se adaptem aos objetivos da empresa;
Apoio na definição de prioridades e planos de trabalho (atribuição de tarefas à equipa de acordo com as necessidades da rotina);
Apoio aos colegas em caso de dúvidas, e centralização de assuntos relevantes para posterior esclarecimento/decisão com a chefia;
Integração em equipas interdepartamentais de projeto;
Atuar como ponto de contacto com a Autoridade Nacional competente e com todas as partes interessadas;
Participação no estabelecimento de estratégias que visam a melhoria de processos e procedimentos;
Colaboração com a chefia/coordenação no planeamento e controlo orçamental e planeamento e validação atempada de custos no âmbito das suas responsabilidades;
Colaboração na manutenção do sistema de gestão da qualidade - desenvolvimento e manutenção do manual da qualidade, guidelines, SOPs e templates;
Revisão do quality management system review report;
Avaliação e aprovação de processos (desvios/CAPA/controle de mudanças/qualificação de fornecedores ou clientes/reclamações/abordagens de avaliação de riscos/serialização) realizados pela equipa;
Revisão do plano de auditoria eterna/interna;
Preparação e acompanhamento das etapas de auditorias externas/internas;
Assinatura do anexo VII (requisição de psicotrópicos de clientes);
Determinação do destino final dos produtos devolvidos, rejeitados, recolhidos ou falsificados;
O perfil que procuramos:
Licenciatura/Mestrado Integrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas;
Experiência em funções similares;
Nível avançado de língua inglesa (escrito e falado);
Bons conhecimentos das ferramentas do Microsoft Office, nomeadamente Excel;
Dinamismo, proatividade, sentido de responsabilidade e organização;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e relações interpessoais.
