Problemas complexos exigem a experiência certa Um dos maiores desafios da atualidade é o correto armazenamento e processamento de dados tendo em consideração estes três domínios (3Vs):  Volume, Velocidade  e  Variedade . Na Xpand IT, a área tecnológica de Big Data  desenvolve e implementa arquiteturas e soluções de software que tratam da captura, ingestão, armazenamento e gestão de dados críticos de grandes clusters de informação onde os 3Vs estão sempre presentes. Tiramos partido de um conjunto de frameworks avançadas como  Spark, Kafka, Hive/Impala, Azure Data Services  ou  MongoDB  usando  Java  e  Scala  como linguagens de programação para interagir com estas frameworks.
O nosso segredo passa por ter uma equipa multidisciplinar, com habilidades de primeira linha para alavancar plataformas de processamento de dados distribuídos, combinada com uma abordagem ágil e interativa com um conjunto de fortes parceiros tecnológicos.
Quais as principais responsabilidades?
O  Service Lead assume um conjunto de responsabilidades que vão desde a  gestão de clientes e equipas à gestão de âmbito, tempo e custo de projetos . Deve atuar como ponto central de comunicação entre as equipas internas envolvidas directa ou indiretamente no projeto e interlocutores externos. A tipologia de projetos é variada, mas incide sobretudo em projectos tecnologicamente evoluídos aplicados a áreas de  streaming e processamento de dados de larga escala.
Diariamente serás responsável por: Coordenar equipas de projeto; Assumir o role de scrum master no planeamento e execução do projeto; Garantir o envolvimento dos stakeholders (internos e externos) relevantes em cada fase; Antecipar e gerir problemas, conflitos e riscos que surjam no decorrer da execução do projeto; Assegurar uma comunicação fluída e atempada entre todas as equipas que têm impacto no decorrer dos projetos; Desenvolver e implementar métricas para o acompanhamento e avaliação da execução dos projetos; Assegurar a qualidade e a excelência de cada entrega; Que Skills precisas de ter?
Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática ou equivalente; Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência como Service Lead, Gestor de Projectos, Scrum Master  ou equivalente na área de  IT ; Background ou conhecimento de boas práticas de  desenvolvimento de software ; Interesse por  plataformas de dados  e a sua  arquitetura; Experiência com  metodologias de gestão de projecto (Scrum) e  ferramentas para suporte ao desenvolvimento  (Confluence, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo); Motivação, boas competências de comunicação e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa; Inglês fluente (escrito e falado).
