Mission: To support the growth and success of the business by effectively managing the commercial pipeline, assisting with market and financial analysis, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This is a trainee position with growth opportunities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing: Commercial Support:Proactively follow up on leads and contacts to ensure consistent progress.Identify new business opportunities and assist in lead generation efforts.Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and negotiation materials.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Finance) to ensure timely actions and results.Attend conferences and industry events alongside the Business Development Manager to network and promote business growth.Analytical Support:Assist in conducting market and financial analyses to uncover potential growth opportunities.Provide actionable insights to guide strategic business decisions and optimize pricing strategies.Contribute to the preparation of regular reports and dashboards to monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs).What you'll bring: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling, is required.Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.Key Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Great at starting conversations and building trusting relationships.Organization, prioritization, and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Focus on detail.A proactive and eager learner, with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience (only as a plus):In a commercial role;In market analysis;Knowledge of critical raw materials;Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.At Lifthium, you will have the opportunity to build something from the start, contributing to a more sustainable future.
