To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist in our plant in [[location]].Responsibilities:Day to day communication with customers and account managers to support and resolve any customer issues including but not limited to, pricing, deliveries, capacity, overdue paymentsAligns direction with account managers and liaises with customers on a daily basisAbility to create and maintain excellent customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operationsMaintain and update Salesforce projects on a daily basis throughout the lifetime of the project, using the customers long term forecast, Bill Of Materials, orders, account manager submission and market dataUpdate the rolling forecast every month based on sales and marketing informationProcess customer capacity requests through to the Planning TeamConfirm customer demand for all supplier capacity constraintsSupport the sales team to prepare customer offers for external business opportunitiesCalculate new sales prices based on the sales pricing policy for catalogue partsMonitor, report and action margin analysis on sales pricing to the responsible account managers to drive profitability throughout the supply chainLiaison with customers to clarify any questions or issues. Raise quotations for catalogue parts.
