We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams; DECSKILL BOOST,through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed; DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.We are looking for a Technical Lead Cloud Native, expert in GCP or AzureResponsibilities:Ensure the quality of all the technical deliverables of your application.Apply the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software.Ensure that the application is designed and implemented taking into account the performance and SLAs required by the business.Know the technical aspects of the application (Architecture, Infrastructure,...) as well as the functional and contextual aspects.Create the conditions to have the application in automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) mode.Identifying and maintaining a clear backlog of technical debt to help the Product Owner prioritize and reduce the product's overall technical debt.Lead the technical evolution of the application.Ensure that the application and team follow Security, Development, Architecture, and Business Continuity guidelines and rules, including resolving security vulnerabilities.Align with the Platform Expert and Solution Architect to implement the guidelines and frameworks defined by the group.Ensure that the correct application documentation, including all application CI, is registered and updated in the CMDB (ServiceNow).Manage the cost and consumption of your application's infrastructure.Identify the monitoring and alerts needed to manage the application, ensuring that the application is monitored via the Command Center.Requirements:Up to 10 years of experience in cloud native applications in one of the following clouds (Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Azure).Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar.Professional experience as Technical Lead.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams.Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.Commitment to quality deliveries
