We're Decskill, an IT consulting company founded in 2014 with a mission to deliver value through knowledge. Our team enables companies to meet digital challenges by providing business models that ensure technological capacity, flexibility, and agility. We operate in three main areas: Decskill Talent, which provides clients with an extension of their IT teams; Decskill Boost, which offers software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market; and Decskill Connect, which provides consulting services and implements information technology infrastructures.
Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers through qualified services, highly motivated professionals, and technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform their businesses. We're currently seeking a Technical Lead Cloud Native expert with experience in GCP or Azure.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure the quality of all technical deliverables.Apply software engineering principles to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate software.Design and implement applications taking into account performance and SLAs required by the business.Knowledge of application architecture, infrastructure, functional, and contextual aspects.Create conditions for automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).Identify and maintain a clear backlog of technical debt.Lead the technical evolution of the application.Ensure security, development, architecture, and business continuity guidelines are followed.Align with Platform Expert and Solution Architect to implement group-defined guidelines and frameworks.Register and update application documentation in the CMDB.Manage application infrastructure costs and consumption.Identify monitoring and alerts needed to manage the application.Requirements:Up to 10 years of experience in cloud native applications on GCP or Azure.Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering.Professional experience as Technical Lead.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams.Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.Commitment to quality deliveries.Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.Experience in designing complex solutions.Fluent in English.
