.We're looking for enthusiastic and multilingual French speakers to join our growing remote customer support team This exciting opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your home north of Coimbra or opt to work onsite in Braga, Portugal. Why You'll Love This Role: Make a Difference Every Day: Be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital brand ambassador, ensuring their satisfaction with our home furnishing products. Remote Work Flexibility (or Onsite Option): Enjoy the convenience of working from home or the social atmosphere of an office environment - the choice is yours Salary Package: Monthly base salary: 830 EURgross plus 2 extra month salaries per year Role complement: 20 EUR per month, 240 per annum Meal Allowance (net): 7.23EUR per day, 1908,72EUR per annum Transport Allowance: 20EUR per month, 240 EURper annum Performance Bonus: 170 EUR per month, 2040 EUR per annum Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months) Possible gross annual income: 14 008,72EUR, including base salary, meal and transport allowances, role complement, plus Performance Bonus 2040 EUR per annum Growth & Development: Develop your communication and problem-solving skills while building a rewarding career in a dynamic industry. What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls in both French and English. Assist customers with product inquiries, potentially leading to closing sales. Resolve customer concerns related to deliveries, including tracking, troubleshooting issues, and stock availability. Offer technical support for account management and software functionality. Deliver accurate and timely responses to all customer inquiries. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken. Who You Are: French Native Speaker (C2 Level): Fluency and exceptional command of the French language are essential. English Proficiency (B2 Level): Strong communication skills in English are required. Customer Service Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus. Enthusiastic & Professional: You have a positive and helpful attitude, and enjoy building rapport with customers. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You can clearly explain complex information and build trust with customers. Problem-Solving Skills: You can think critically and find solutions to customer challenges. Computer Literate: Proficient in using computers and various software programs. Ready to Join Our Team?
