Then Emma is the right place for you.What you'll do:You will be supporting the development of Compliance and Legal Projects as a part of the Legal & Compliance TeamYou will be able to contribute with new ideas to improve internal processes and workflowsYou will support with internal contract revision and work close with our legal advisors worldwide to ensure compliance with local legislationsYou will develop legal drafting skills and negotiation skillsYou will give internal orientation to other teams and help to identify processes that need to be standardizedYou will be responsible of keeping track of our contract's life cycleYou will work with competition and consumer lawWho we're looking for:You're willing to join us in our Portuguese officeYou have an educational background in lawYou have between 2-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably working in start-ups or scale-ups You enjoy working with contracts and are curious about how it may impact the life of the companyYou have excellent organizational skills and have an understanding of business and corporate relationshipsYou work in a detail-oriented and structured wayYou have a process-oriented approach to execute tasksYou have a strong motivation to constantly develop personally as well as professionallyYou are a very good team playerYou are fluent in English, Portuguese is a plusYou master Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and ExcelYou have already worked with a Contract management systemBecome an EmmieEmma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
