.Purpose of Role: This role is accountable for the growth, relationship strength and overall performance of the assigned accounts(s) and for creating a strategy for the perimeter and opening new clients in the healthcare industry with an ER&D portfolio. We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager/Key account manager to service some key accounts within the Life Sciences Industry, specifically Healthcare. This role will have responsibility for growing and expanding business within some of our major Healthcare engineering & digital services, running the client relationships, upselling within the account, managing teams across multiple geographies, customer satisfaction and the overall client relationship. Join our vibrant Sales Team as a dynamic Client Manager/Key account manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology. Responsibilities: Market Leadership: Plans account strategy for long-term profitable growth and positions Capgemini Engineering as a thought partner and business leader within the account. Leverage strong domain knowledge in the Healthcare industry to understand customers' business aspirations and challenges and design comprehensive transformation propositions. Relationship Management: Cultivates long-term client relationships and is a trusted advisor to the client. Builds and manages relationships across all levels in the client organization. Business Development: Creates opportunities to position Capgemini Engineering credentials, assets and value to the client and qualifies, prioritises and assigns opportunities to deliver the highest percentage of wins. Account Operations: Delivers long-term strategy and goals at the BU/Corporate level; manages with the collaboration across geos and units within Capgemini to ensure attainment of common objectives. Manages and owns overall P&L and health of the engagements in the portfolio of accounts and to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: A strong domain knowledge and network with specific client organizations he/she would manage as well as a strong network You already have and can connect with senior executives & key stakeholders within the Healthcare industry/accounts. Ideally you have exposure to digital transformation and engineering engagements in the healthcare industry with prior experience in digital strategy and engineering/technology-driven programs. Digital and engineering-enabled business transformation is your playground - you can visualize and design transformational solutions based on customer business goals, new business models and disruptive digital technologies
