A nossa missão é revolucionar a gestão de edifícios na Europa e tornar a vida em condomínio fácil e eficiente através de gestores experientes, automatização de tarefas e o nosso chatbot especializado em condomínios.Descrição da funçãoEsta é uma função a tempo inteiro no local para um Analista de Operações na Condoroo em Lisboa.
O Analista de Operações irá ajudar nas operações diárias de gestão dos edifícios, análise financeira e atendimento ao cliente.
O Analista de Operações deve ter uma forte atenção ao detalhe e a capacidade de comunicar eficazmente com clientes e membros da equipa.QualificaçõesOs candidatos seleccionados devem ter competências analíticas e financeiras para fins operacionais.É necessária uma boa comunicação, tanto escrita como verbal, para interagir com os clientes e os membros da equipa.As competências de serviço ao cliente são necessárias para satisfazer as expectativas dos clientes e garantir a sua satisfação.É preferível uma licenciatura em Gestão, Engenharia ou numa área relacionadaA resolução de problemas e o pensamento criativo são atributos necessários para resolver problemas imprevistos de forma eficaz e fornecer soluções completas.Falar inglês é uma vantagem.

The Operations Analyst will be helping in day-to-day building management operations, financial analysis, and customer service.
The Operations Analyst must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.QualificationsSuccessful candidates must have analytical and finance skills for operational purposes.Good communication, both written and verbal, is required for interacting with clients and staff members.Customer service skills are a necessity to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction.A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferredProblem-solving and creative thinking are necessary attributes to tackle unforseen issues effectively and provide end-to-end solutions.Speaking English is a plus.
