Humanitarian Foundation Project Manager

Andan Foundation is an internationally operating Swiss non-profit humanitarian foundation, and as a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives to ensure their successful execution and alignment with the foundation's goals. This role entails managing project activities, fostering partnerships, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support the foundation's mission.
Responsibilities Project Management: Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners and donors to support ongoing and future projects. Communication: Maintain regular communication with relevant stakeholders, including donors, partner organizations, and internal teams. Event Participation: Attend relevant events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities for collaboration, while also representing the foundation. Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate various events, including high-level roundtable discussions hosted by the foundation. Content Creation: Develop and curate content for social media platforms, aligning with the organization's messaging and branding guidelines. Contract Management: Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and external collaborators to achieve project objectives and deliverables. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Nonprofit Management, Social Sciences, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience working with humanitarian organizations/projects, international organizations, NGOs or similar. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the humanitarian or nonprofit sector. Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in social media management and content creation. Proficient in contract drafting and advanced administrative tasks, including MS Office proficiency. Proficiency in English (written and oral). Additional languages are a plus.
