TRANSITION.#OGJSJOB PURPOSEThe Payroll Specialist is responsible for administering all compensation and benefits transactional matters; liaises with external and internal stakeholders in that area and is responsible for HR reporting in that and related areas.The post incumbent acts as a back-up for preparing and submitting all variables for the preparation of the payroll for the SBM entities based in Portugal.RESPONSABILITIESCompensation and Benefits (main)Act as focal point for all absence registration and reportingAct as focal point for pension administration and reportingAct as focal point for insurance administration and reportingRequest payroll and C&B related purchase ordersMaintains relationship with both internal and external stakeholders in this areaActively engage in process developments in the C&B areaPrepare HeadCount reportingPayroll calculation (support)To collect and prepare the payroll elements; have them submitted for processing in the payroll system (Moneris) and check if all has been processed and calculated in a compliant and correct mannerPrepare all required documentation for Payroll Manager and local Management to approve the monthly payroll paymentTo issue gross-net calculationsActively engage in process developmentsStay up to date on any labour or fiscal legislative changes and pro-actively use this informationJOB REQUIREMENTSGood level in ExcelGood knowledge of Portuguese labor and tax lawMinimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar positionProven knowledge on compensation and benefits processesVery organized, accurate, conscientious and rigorousAbility to work independentlyTeam player, flexible, service orientedAnalytical mindedRespect of confidentiality of all information, diplomatic#LI-MC1GENERAL INFORMATIONSBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
