ABOUT PORTO & POSITION: To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking a Financial Administrative Technician - French Speaker. This role will report to the Billing Team Leader of the Service Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collecting all the commercial documents required for your business on time.Entering and validating orders in our information system.Checking invoicing details and drawing up customer invoices.Following up with customers and managing any billing disputes.Ensuring that sales are recognized and taking part in monthly closings by validating outstanding invoices.This description considers the main responsibilities; it is not exhaustive.
