Job overview: The Senior Administrative Financial Coordinator will perform general administrative tasks, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, manage suppliers' current accounts, and account for new purchase invoices.

Key responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks including data entry and document management;
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records;
  • Supplier's current account management for efficient payment processing;
  • Accounting for new purchase invoices to maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with proven skills in finance and administration;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team;
  • Proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
