Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including invoice processing, payment management, and credit note administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
  • Manage payment processing, including standard, exception, and foreign currency payments
  • Administer credit notes, ensuring timely receipt from vendors
  • Review and approve expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies
