Location: Portugal based remote (aligned with New York time zone)
About the Role:
As a Financial Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing patient accounts for American healthcare facilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate account records, ensuring timely payments, and facilitating smooth communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain patient accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Engage with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve account-related inquiries and issues
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between all parties to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Monitor and track account statuses, including outstanding balances, payments, and adjustments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve account management processes and enhance service delivery
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and problem-solving

Requirements:
