Discover more about Group M at About The Role Group M is seeking a skilled Senior Web Analyst Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the performance and digital presence of our clients' websites and commerce solutions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in measuring and optimizing various aspects of online platforms. The insights you generate will directly influence strategic decisions, shaping our clients' digital trajectory. Key Responsibilities Project Pre-sales & Delivery Contribute to the sales cycle by developing custom proposals for Client challenges. Participate actively in Client work meetings. Responsible for top quality project deliveries: On time and on scope. Understand business objectives and provide data-driven consultation to decision-makers. Formulate hypotheses to boost business KPIs and collaborate with Analytics Engineers to determine data collection requirements. Implement, audit, and optimize technologies such as Google Analytics 360, GA4, Consent Mode, CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, and server-side tagging. Leverage Power BI or Looker Studio for data analysis, validation, and visualization to uncover valuable insights. Knowledge Expert & Team Contributor Be the guardian/curator of team knowledge and expertise on digital analytics/digital measurement aligned with the Team Lead. Complete certification program on GMP tools. Contribute to a culture of Client Service, technical excellence, team spirit, and innovation mindset. Help junior team members grow by sharing knowledge and experience. Client Engagement & New Business Engage with team members from the Client side establishing good working relationships. Collaborate with Agency Client Leadership teams to identify opportunities and deliver value solutions to Clients. Proactively identify opportunities to provide additional value in Clients/projects. Participate and contribute in pitches as a subject matter expert. Marketing & PR Work with teams so project successes translate to sound cases that can be used in pitches, presentations, and awards
