Job Title: Turkish-Speaking Sales Specialist Job Summary: As a Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers during the Connect, Shop, and Buy phases of their journey.
Your role is to assist customers in exploring product and service features and benefits, helping them determine what suits their needs, and facilitating their orders.

- Provide customers with store information, including location and hours, upon request.
- Proactively utilize strong sales skills to place orders and meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail, understanding the importance of small details.
- Work efficiently under deadline pressure and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Adapt to a dynamic environment, focusing on achieving both individual and team KPIs.
- Flexibility is required, with occasional overtime work.
Training and Compensation: Training Procedure: - Duration: 15 working days - Language: English - Daily Hours: 8 hours per day, starting between 08:30h and 09:30h - Training includes: - Integration into the team - Training on new computer software programs - Comprehensive product training - Customer management training for phone, email, and chat contact - On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content Compensation During Training: - Preliminary contract for the first 60 working days - Training to prepare for the job - After successful completion, a 12-month contract will be offered - No compensation for premature termination of training - No reimbursement for additional training expenses Required Experience: - Flawless communication skills in Turkish (C2) and proficiency in English (B2) - Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure - High accuracy and attention to detail - Proven ability to work independently - Strong sales skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Focus on achieving KPIs - Flexibility and willingness to work overtime occasionally - Team-oriented mindset Working Conditions: Holidays: - Portuguese public holidays apply - Compensation day for working on a public holiday - Up to 20 days of vacation in the first year, depending on the contract start month - 22 days of vacation per calendar year after the first year Working Hours: - 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) - Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 24:00 Holiday and Christmas Bonuses: - Equal to base salary, paid monthly - Split and paid as a monthly percentage Work Model: -ON-SITE Salary: - With Apartment: 1119.39EUR - Without Apartment: 1411.05EUR Compensation Package: - Apartment Benefit (benefit-in-kind)- if you are located 100km from Lisbon and need a place to stay, you can live in the Company`s apartment - Health Insurance from day one - Meal Allowance (paid by debit card) - Income Tax and Social Security Tax withheld from total gross compensation Application Process: If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role as a Sales Specialist, please submit your application.
