.Facilities Manager (m/f) Localização: Sintra, PT, 2710-089 Data de publicação: 09/09/2024 Tipo de contrato: Sem termo Missão Garantir a excelência no processo de Gestão de Facilities e Licenciamento do negócio, na vertente de Gestão de Ativos Edifícios, Sistemas e Equipamentos, Serviços de Facilities e projetos relacionados com infraestruturas, gerando eficiência operacional, suportando o crescimento do negócio e transformando-o através do desenvolvimento de soluções de edifícios e sistemas inteligentes digitais. Áreas Chave de Intervenção Estratégica: Suportar o Diretor de Operações na preparação, gestão e execução dos orçamentos e investimentos relacionados com os Ativos edifícios, sistemas e equipamentos relacionados; Liderar e gerir os processos de licenciamento e certificação das unidades de prestação de serviços de saúde com as entidades relevantes; Gerir o portfolio de projetos de Facilities para suportar os objetivos estratégicos do negócio; Liderar e gerir os projetos de implementação de infraestruturas, interagindo com os parceiros relevantes; Suportar o Diretor de Operações na definição da estratégia de parcerias; Garantir que os contratos de serviços são cumpridos, de acordo com o contratualizado com os parceiros fornecedores; Definir e monitorizar os KPIs de performance da gestão de Facilities ; Preparar relatórios de execução da atividade de gestão de Facilities. Operacional: Assegurar o cumprimento legal dos ativos de edifícios, sistemas e equipamentos; Assegurar a disponibilidade dos sistemas e equipamentos dos ativos e a sua operação em condições de eficiência e segurança; Definição do plano de manutenção preventiva; Agilizar e coordenar asintervenções corretivas; Gerir a aplicação de gestão de ativos / gestão da manutenção; Participar na definiçãoe monitorização dos Níveis de Serviço e KPIs; Preparar os cadernos deencargos para os processos de contratualização de serviços; Desencadear inspeções e/ou auditorias operacionais. Colaboradores e Stakeholders: Ser o exemplo dos valores e da Cultura de Verdadeiros Cuidados; Assegurar que os procedimentos de Gestão de Facilities são implementados; Assegurar que os processos e ferramentas são implementados; Fornecer orientação e apoio à gestão das clínicas e aos colaboradores. Qualificações Formação Académica: Licenciatura em Engenharia Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Eletrotécnica, Civil ou Gestão Industrial; Pós Graduação ou Formação complementar em gestão de projetos e/ou gestão da manutenção; Formação em Segurança eAmbiente será valorizada
