No seu dia-a-dia contribuirá para a promoção da área de Recursos Humanos em uma prestigiada empresa, onde garantirá a resposta às necessidades dos trabalhadores tendo foco na qualidade do serviço prestado para a satisfação dos mesmos. Irá ainda, de uma forma geral, prestar todo o suporte necessário à área dos RH da empresa.
As suas principais tarefas nesta função passarão por:
- Garantir a atualização dos mapas de férias, absentismo e de formação dos colaboradores;
- Atualização física e digital das fichas internas (de dados) dos colaboradores;
- Arquivo físico e digital das fichas dos ex-colaboradores;
- Programar as ações de formação e a inscrição dos colaboradores nas mesmas e, posterior avaliação destas ações;
- Apoiar nos processos de renovações contratuais;
- Atualização do Organograma da empresa;
- Realizar o processo administrativo inerente às novas admissões;
- Gestão dos acessos ao parqueamento da empresa;
- Gestão dos Seguros de Saúde dos colaboradores (comunicações de: inclusão, exclusões e possíveis reclamações);
- Agendamento de exames médicos;
- Divulgação dos benefícios da empresa aos colaboradores, através dos canais internos adequados;
- Gestão dos parceiros e fornecedores;
- Apoiar no cálculo e na atualização dos indicadores de RH (mensal e anual);
- Gestão das sugestões dos colaboradores relacionados com os serviços (ex.: limpeza);
- Gestão da correspondência a colaboradores;
- Apoiar no tratamento de dados sobre estudos do clima organizacional;
- Colaboração na realização do processamento salarial.
Partilho agora os requisitos que procuramos no/a nosso/a candidato/a:
- Fluente na língua inglesa;
- Habilitações ao nível do 12ºano;
- Experiência anterior de 1 a 3 anos em funções semelhantes e/ou na área administrativa de RH;
- Experiência em coordenação de facilitys;
- Bons conhecimentos em Payroll;
- Boa capacidade de manuseamento de ferramentas informáticas (na ótica do utilizador);
- Disponibilidade total e imediata será valorizada – inicio previsto no mês de Setembro;
