**About the job**
- The Human Resources (HR) Business Management Officer will integrate the HR Management Support team and, under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, will participate in various projects, such as:

- HR/Business Events
- HR Development and Communications
- HR Tools implementation
- Reporting and Monitoring
- HR Transversal Projects

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Supporting team projects across all phases - Planning and preparation, Diagnostic, Design and Implementation
- Preparing logistics for HR events/initiatives
- Collecting, analysing data and completing data requests
- Summarising information and trends
- Organizing and maintaining file records and following up on pending matters
- Providing input for the creation of material (ex: guides, tutorials)
- Preparing materials for calls and meetings with stakeholders
- Liaising with other HR areas on ongoing topics

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or Human Resources
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in relevant areas
- Fluency in English is required
- Communication skills - oral & written
- Ability to manage a project
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving
