Travel Shaper, the Smart Travel App for travel enthusiasts, is looking for a Data Entry / Contract Loader (m/f) to support its launch. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Lisbon. As a key member of the team, you will handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including the accurate loading and maintenance of Hotel, Activities, and Transportation Contracts, as well as Special Offers, Product Proposals, and other contracting-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all supplier contracts are current and well-maintained, investigating any discrepancies.
Input various data, including destination geotrees, contract rates, conditions, and allotments, into the in-house database.
Manage and maintain incoming and internal product information (contracts, special offers, supplier details, etc.).
Research potential new products in Portugal and Spain and conduct competitor analysis as needed.
Support the development of relationships with a diverse range of suppliers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Tour Operator, DMC, Travel, or Hotel environment, or recent graduate in a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluency in written and spoken French, English, and Spanish.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ideally with experience as an Administrator or Data Loader.
Proven data entry skills.
Ability to interpret supplier contracts effectively.
Strong communication abilities.
Team player with good numeracy skills.
