Procuramos um/a Food & Beverage Attendant que terá como missão, operacionalizar a logística do serviço de Food & Beverage, incluindo a montagem, o acompanhamento do serviço e a desmontagem do set up dos eventos em todos os Centros Maleo.
Preparar e realizar o set up dos eventos, assim como os displays de catering promovidos pela Maleo; Garantir a preparação e o acompanhamento in loco dos eventos, realizando a montagem, empratamento, receção e apoio aos convidados, desmontagem e devida arrumação das áreas de eventos e áreas internas afetas aos mesmos; Recolher catering nos fornecedores ou outros locais de entrega; Colaborar na execução de inventários dos armazéns adstritos ao departamento; Participar ativamente na criação e desenvolvimento de novas dinâmicas de serviço e de eventos; Verificar a qualidade e conformidade do serviço de catering e colaborar na reposição de stocks, durante o evento. Ensino Secundário ou Curso Técnico Superior Profissional de Restauração e Bebidas ou equivalente; Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira e/ou áreas similares (valorizado); Experiência mínima de 1 ano em Hotelaria e/ou banquete; Conhecimentos das normas de Segurança, Higiene e Saúde no trabalho; Domínio da Língua Inglesa (Valorizado); Atitude positiva, simpática e disponível; Proatividade e dinamismo; Forte capacidade de organização e de resolução de problemas; Orientação para o cliente; Capacidade de gestão de tarefas, multitasking e adaptação à mudança.
