Role description: Participate in the development of the team's budget: follow up on the team's progress and action plans.Participate in transformation projects.Perform Project Portfolio Management Office tasks, support management and project managers in consolidating, reporting, and controlling key project portfolio information. You will fulfill a variety of functions on a day-to-day basis, including gathering data about activity progress and producing reports, developing PM standards and processes, and encouraging (or requiring where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.Prepare ad-hoc reports, contribute to improving governance and transforming the processes of the team's activities.Ensure monitoring IT risks and associated action plans, and you will ensure the follow-up of remediation plans and the closing of recommendations (IG, regulators, etc.).Organize and participate in townhalls, SDE, Fresh fair, organizational charts.Work with project/domain/group managers, ITG Finance, business lines of other entities (Fortis in Belgium, BNL in Italy), and other PMO teams to ensure good coordination of our different topics.You will integrate a small, agile, cross-functional extended team between Lisbon and Paris. The diversity of activities will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge on many subjects.This position will give you a broad view of Shared Data Ecosystem (SDE). You will be in contact with many teams, including Risk and Finance. You will then be able to specialize in areas such as cyber security, IT risk, permanent control, according to your wishes or to develop the activities of Project Manager, Business Analyst, Application Manager.
Main Responsibilities: Budget follow-up and ensure the reporting associated with it.Management of the Group's overall transformation activities and projects by managing the nearshoring and offshoring projects; Participation/organization of weekly meetings, actions follow-up with all stakeholders, reporting, Operational Committee.Management of permanent control aspects, quality & method aspects, governance, and following of remediation plans.Management of ongoing audit processes and recommendations received (IG - general inspection, regulators, setting up remedial plans, etc.).Verify projects/activities tracking, control, and reporting: monitor the management of risks, issues, dependencies, actions, tracking budget, change control, and regular reporting.Provide materials, input, and facilitate governance, dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organization from project team members to senior sponsors or internal communication team.Management of internal/external communication for the SDE group (organization of townhall, ensuring the SDE group's contribution to the annual fresh air, production of the booklet projects).You will also be a member of the PMO Community. This community relays to the various information concerning quality, method, standard, budget, events.Technical skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.Relevant professional experience as PMO (4 - 5 years).Previous banking experience is a plus.Knowledge of Excel is mandatory.Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.Proficiency in English is mandatory.Proficiency in French is a plus.Soft skills: Client focused.Sharp mindedness and attention to detail.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good prioritization skills, & multi-tasking skills.Good communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.Team spirit, collaborative, especially in hybrid and remote environments.Curious, quick learner, personal initiatives.Ability to manage a project.Previous experience with Finance and Banking would be advantageous to the role.Organizational skills.Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training.#VisionaryFuture - Build the future, join our living ecosystem
