A PLACER participa ativamente no investimento em múltiplos projetos de imobiliário comercial, em modelos de Development, Value Add e Rendimento, em estreita colaboração com a equipa de Scouting e Acquisitions, incluindo o Head of Acquisitions, Acquistions Managers e Scouters.
O Head of Investments tem a oportunidade de desempenhar um papel de elevada autonomia e responsabilidade na gestão de um pipeline muito ativo de operações, tendo acesso às práticas e ferramentas mais evoluídas no mercado.
Algumas das principais responsabilidades do Head of Investments, incluem:
