across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas: Quantitative Finance Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Operations and Finance Transformation and Organization Information SystemsIn 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million.We are looking for a Test Leader Fluent in French.MAIN TASKS:Test Strategy & Planning:Define and establish the test strategy and test schedule.Identify testing risks and ensure proper follow-up.Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and best practices.-Test Management & Execution:Lead and coordinate software testers within the team.Oversee test design, execution, and defect management.Ensure test coverage across APIs and SQL-based applications.Utilize Octane, JIRA, and Confluence for test management and reporting.-Automation & Scripting:- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using KARATE.Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:Summarize test results and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.Act as a pedagogue, ensuring best practices are understood and followed.Facilitate collaboration across teams and foster a quality-driven mindset.Continuous Improvement & Adaptability:Ensure compliance with methodologies, directives, and procedures.Strive for customer satisfaction and high-quality results.Adapt to changes, manage stress, and handle conflicts effectively.YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:Technical Skills:French language (mandatory).-Minimum 5 years' experience in Test activities.Able to build a test strategy and test schedule.Able to manage one or more software testers.Able to work in an Agile environment.Knowledge on Octane, JIRA, and Confluence.Knowledge in API.Knowledge in SQL language.Risk identification and follow-up.Soft Skills:Coordination and motivation skills.Systematic, critical, and logical thinking.Summarization capabilities.Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.Good capability of managing stress and conflicts.Good listening and questioning ability.Good learning skills.Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload.Be able to adapt to changes and evolution.Porto, Portugal
