Expertise AreasQuantitative FinanceRisk, Compliance, and RegulatoryOperations and FinanceTransformation and OrganizationInformation SystemsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Test Leader Fluent in French to lead our software testers and oversee test design, execution, and defect management.
Main TasksTest Strategy & Planning:Define and establish the test strategy and test schedule.Identify testing risks and ensure proper follow-up.Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and best practices.Test Management & Execution:Lead and coordinate software testers within the team.Oversee test design, execution, and defect management.Ensure test coverage across APIs and SQL-based applications.Utilize Octane, JIRA, and Confluence for test management and reporting.Automation & Scripting:Develop and maintain automated test scripts using KARATE.Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:Summarize test results and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.Act as a pedagogue, ensuring best practices are understood and followed.Facilitate collaboration across teams and foster a quality-driven mindset.Continuous Improvement & Adaptability:Ensure compliance with methodologies, directives, and procedures.Strive for customer satisfaction and high-quality results.Adapt to changes, manage stress, and handle conflicts effectively.Your Profile and SkillsWe are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:
Technical SkillsFrench language (mandatory).Minimum 5 years' experience in Test activities.Able to build a test strategy and test schedule.Able to manage one or more software testers.Able to work in an Agile environment.Knowledge on Octane, JIRA, and Confluence.Knowledge in API.Knowledge in SQL language.Risk identification and follow-up.Soft SkillsCoordination and motivation skills.Systematic, critical, and logical thinking.Summarization capabilities.Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.Good capability of managing stress and conflicts.Good listening and questioning ability.Good learning skills.Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload.Be able to adapt to changes and evolution.LocationThe position is based in Porto, Portugal.
