German HR Recruiter/ Talent Aquisition | Porto We are looking for an experienced and highly communicative HR Recruiter / Talent Aquisition

TASKS
You will ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process;
You are responsible for reviewing applications, corresponding with applicants, and organizing and conducting goal-oriented and respectful interviews;
Be a part of the international recruiting team, contribute to upcoming projects and support the trainer team in the onboarding of new colleagues.
Assist on recruiting and staffing logistics both internally and externally which include advertising of job openings, sorting and reviewing of resumes, facilitate initial interview and scheduling.


You need to be:
Fluent/Native in German and English (C1 level minimum);
Know the market and already have several years of experience as a recruiter in Portugal, ideally in high-volume recruiting;
Communication skills, a high level of intercultural awareness and a good understanding of people and situations;
Team player with can-do attitude;
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office;
Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.
