About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Strategy Lead to join our team and lead the strategic direction and development of our digital products. As the PSL, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and scalability of our digital products by overseeing their global strategy, managing our digital team, and ensuring alignment with market demands and trends.About the responsibilities: Lead the company's digital and innovation vision by conducting market research and analyzing trends to leverage data-driven insights for strategic product decisions. Advocate for a digital and agile methodology mindset, evangelizing these principles among team members.Serve as the global owner of our digital products, particulary Touch Media Center (TMC), with a deep understanding of their features, capabilities, and market positioning.Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives, while promoting a customer-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle.Manage and mentor product managers, data engineers and third-party partners, enhancing their performance and accountability through regular feedback and evaluations to ensure the success of product development iniciatives.Maintain transparent and effective communication with senior management and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on product strategy, development progress, and key milestones to ensure alignment of efforts and expectations.Act as the focal point for defining Conetic's digital vision and digital products, particulary in partnership with ABOVE, and in commercial iniciatives and showcases.Manage the Digital Department's budget and relationships with internal and external partners, negotiating terms, discussing agreements, and addressing any issues that may arise.About you: Proven experience of 5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, as well aviation industry.Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of technology concepts and the ability to work closely with technical teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Agile certification is desirable.About the benefits: Hybrid working policyFlexible working hoursBirthday Day-OffInternational environment
