What's the opportunity about? As the Product Design Lead you will be managing a team of product designers to build a successful product design organization while also contributing to key initiatives as a senior individual contributor. Our product designers (PDs) partner directly with product management and engineering as Product Trios. They are expected to co-define and own the product strategy, vision, and guiding principles, and deliver on committed objectives. PDs play a key role in continuous discovery and ensuring that the investments we make are most impactful for our users and our business. You will be directly managing a team of three product designers (with potential for growth). You will own structuring and leading all aspects of product design, including processes, rituals, systems, and the design system. You will balance these managerial responsibilities with contributing as a senior IC Product Designer on strategic initiatives and/or on a specific team. In this role, you will report directly to the head of product. You will be working in a B2B environment with deep tech, specifically on an AI-based product, so you should be excited about ownership over complex problems and creative technical solutions
