With 500+ employees based in the digital shared services center in Portugal, Our partner is key to supporting global companies. They provide product support, service delivery, remote support, and data analytics services to transform business and serve customers within the finance industry THIS IS A FIXED-TERM CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS... • Duration: 12 months • Salary: Depending on experience • Hybrid: 3 days from office • Banking project • Hands-on experience in creating UX for front-end applications including user journeys & UI screen designs Responsibilities: Lead the design process for front-end applications, from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into engaging designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and advocate for their implementation within the organization
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
