Shift Details:
Working hours: 24/7 rotating shifts, including night shifts, from Monday to SundayTwo days off per week, on a rotating scheduleRotating shift pattern, covering morning, afternoon, and night shiftsLanguage Requirements:
German (C2 proficiency required)English (Intermediate proficiency preferred)Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team in Braga. In this role, you will provide technical support to German-speaking customers in the website solutions sector. While experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to grow within the company.
Your responsibilities will include providing remote technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and offering support via phone, email, or chat. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a dedication to customer satisfaction, and the ability to solve problems effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:
Offer high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, helping them resolve technical issues related to website solutionsTroubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions for website setup, functionality, and configurationGuide customers on how to use website tools, helping them navigate features and solve problems efficientlyAccurately document customer interactions and technical issues in the company's CRM system for future trackingEnsure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionallyFollow established processes for troubleshooting, escalating issues, or resolving technical problemsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate team or higher-level support when neededProvide feedback to management on recurring issues and possible improvements to the customer experienceTake ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner and following up as necessaryAdhere to data protection policies and maintain confidentiality when handling customer informationCollaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experienceManage customer expectations and remain composed in high-pressure situationsOffer continued support for website-related inquiries, assisting customers in maximizing their use of servicesSkills & Qualifications:
Fluency in German (C2 level required)Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 or higher preferred)Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not necessaryTechnical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and common technical issuesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer serviceStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problemsAbility to work independently while maintaining high service standards remotelyCapable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and prioritizing effectivelyExceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially with repetitive tasksComfortable working night shifts, weekends, and flexible hoursEU ID required for work in PortugalResidence card required for non-EU nationalsAdditional Benefits:
