However, data and tech are only half of the package. We need great people to fuel the engine.We succeeded thanks to a team of amazing people. They spend their days collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this- time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experienceResponsibilities:In this role as Technical Success Manager you will be on placementat Qatar Stars League (QSL) headquarters in Doha, directly supporting this strategic customer as they work to derive maximum value from their licensed Stats Perform products. This is a hybridrole, with aspects of customer support and- country operations. While working from our customers office, there will also be a degree of- site and- stadium activity also.Supporting local operations on the ground, along with being responsible for local system installation and performance, this is the chance to work in partnership with the QSL to drive results for Stats Perform and Qatari football.Manage the systems installation and calibration.Manage system maintenance and troubleshooting.If required and requested, to operate the portable camera systems in any relevant competitions.Perform- critical activities to support the operations of data analysis, some of which may involve- game work.Provide technical support to QSL Football Development Department in producing customized analysis and data reports.Ensure that all required reports are delivered on time.If required and requested, to provide training and technical support to QSL Football Development Department members and QSL Clubs Performance Analysts.Meet with QSL club coaches to provide additional information about the technical reports and if required training about on the Stats Perform products.Participate in regional sales activity as a product- matter expert, as needed. You will not be responsible for a quota.Work in conjunction with a global teamof technical success managersin support of other customers' requests, liaise with technical items relating to Stats Perform implementations delivering on Stats Perform customer success strategy.Required Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the sports team performance software spaceExperience providing software technical support in a- facing roleDesire to become a- matter expert in Stats Perform's Team Performance software suiteExperienced with data analytics and reporting tools, in the delivery of performance reportsAn ability to persuasively present information relating to Stats Perform's products to customersAvailable for extended placement in Doha, QatarDesired Qualifications:Existing knowledge of Stats Perform's Team Performance product suiteSubject-matter expertise in Football (Soccer) data analysisWorking knowledge of Qatari culture and customsKnowledge and experience of working with APIs and feedsWhy work at Stats Perform?We love sports, but we love diverse thinking moreWe know that diversity brings creativity, so we invite people from all backgrounds to join us.
