In turn, improving how sports fans interact with their favorite sports teams and competitions. 

How do they use it?  

Media outlets add a little magic to their coverage with our stats and graphics packages.  Sportsbooks can offer better predictions and more accurate odds.  The world's top coaches are known to use our data to make critical team decisions.  Sports commentators can engage with fans on a deeper level, using our stories and insights. 

Anywhere you find sport, Stats Perform is there. However, data and tech are only half of the package. We need great people to fuel the engine.

They spend their days collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience 

Responsibilities:  

As a successful Technical Success Manager at Stats Perform, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery and consumption of Stats Perform’s Betting products to our entire Betting client base. You will do this by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure prospective and contracted clients are provided a seamless integration of the services. You will form a deep understanding of the Trading products and leverage your communication skills – along with your knowledge of the sports industry and of Stats Perform’s operational organisation – to ensure that clients are receiving the maximum value of their licensed products. Your role will include: 

Being the voice of the customer internally and be the voice of the business externally.  Provide technical consultancy to the customers, working closely with the commercial and success teams to help onboard our varied Bet trading products depending on the customer needs and requirement.  Act as an escalation path directly from the customers or from the support teams for any or all technical issues with the Bet trading product verticals  Liaise with the Operations teams to ensure data capture, quality and delivery is line with our commercial agreements.  Collaborate with the Product, Engineering and Network teams on the customer onboarding strategies for new products and features whilst helping develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.  Communicate findings, recommendations and be an active arm in the product feedback loop within the business for all the Bet product verticals.  Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to customers. 

Required Qualifications:  

Minimum 2-year experience in a client facing role preferably from a data / media / technology or betting services industry or experience in service integration management.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.  Technical aptitude with a good understanding of software systems, development processes, and IT infrastructure.  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve complex technical issues.  Keen attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.  Sound sports knowledge. 

Desired Qualifications:  

An understanding of data delivery methodologies An understanding of the sporting calendar and landscape  An understanding of the Betting and Gambling Industry Knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, and infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and databases.  Understanding or working knowledge on REST APIs, XML, JSON, and web sockets.  Basic understanding of data query languages and logfile analysis.  Knowledge of CRM tools and experience with project management methodologies
