We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in campaigns optimisation strategies. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Position: Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time, hybrid work mode (Mon-Fri, 9-18)
Remuneration: Base salary.
Duties and Responsibilities: Implement optimization solutions by building campaigns for high-value advertising customers.Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions.Gather and analyze data at both account and campaign levels.Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies.Use optimization techniques and align work with customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and Video.Identify general opportunities in accounts to help seize sales opportunities.Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies.Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.Requirements: Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of digital/internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.).AdWords Search Fundamentals certified (considered an advantage).Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.Technologically savvy with a strong interest in new digital marketing trends.Ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process, and policy information.Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.Strong work ethic with a constant focus on quality.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.Be part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.Meal allowance.Private health insurance.Yearly performance bonus.Relocation allowance and assistance.Excited to join us?
