Optimisation Specialist Digital Marketing Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Optimisation Specialist with a deep-rooted background in digital marketing to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, refining, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. This role is perfect for a data-driven professional with strong expertise in performance marketing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and SEO/SEM strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email, etc.).Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates.Monitor key performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to refine landing pages and ad creatives.Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and optimization techniques.Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools to drive campaign efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing optimization (CRO, SEO, SEM, or Performance Marketing).
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.
Experience working with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic Advertising.
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
Strong understanding of user behavior, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping.
Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
Hybrid work availability in Lisbon, Portugal.
