Job Description

We are in the midst of an IT transformation and seeking a Senior IT Business Partner with a focus on Sales and Marketing. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between the IT department and the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring that our technology initiatives align with business objectives to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
 
Primary Job Responsibilities Strategic AlignmentCollaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.Develop and maintain an IT strategy that supports Sales and Marketing objectives, aligning technology initiatives with business needs.Translate business requirements into IT solutions and ensure IT projects are prioritized to support Sales and Marketing goals.
 Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.Serve as the primary liaison between IT and the Sales and Marketing teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.Advocate for the Sales and Marketing perspective within the IT department.
 Project ManagementLead and manage IT projects related to Sales and Marketing, ensuring timely and effective delivery.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that project outcomes meet business expectations.
 Technology ImplementationIdentify and implement innovative technologies to enhance Sales and Marketing efforts, such as CRM systems, marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.Oversee the integration of new technologies with existing systems, ensuring seamless operations and data flow.Provide technical expertise and guidance on the implementation and optimization of Sales and Marketing tools.
 Performance MeasurementEstablish and monitor metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IT solutions in supporting Sales and Marketing objectives.Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes and drive better business outcomes.Report on IT performance and project status to the management team.
 Change ManagementLead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes within the Sales and Marketing teams.Provide training and support to users, helping them to effectively utilize new tools and systems.Facilitate organizational change and drive continuous improvement.
 Innovation and DevelopmentStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends that can provide a competitive advantage in Sales and Marketing.Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for technology to enhance customer engagement, improve marketing campaigns, and increase sales effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new solutions.
 Risk ManagementIdentify and manage risks associated with IT projects and operations in Sales and Marketing.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, business analysis, or a related role, with a focus on Sales and Marketing.Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes and technologies, including CRM systems, marketing tools, and data analytics.Proven experience in managing IT projects and leading cross-functional teams.Ability to have a holistic view to better asses the issues at hand and understand the impact of the various scenario'sExcellent verbal and written communication skills on both business as well as technology levelStrong business acumen and understanding of the industry.Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Leadership skills with the ability to influence and lead change within the organization.Knowledge of risk management and compliance.
