Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:
Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is accessible to the teamSupport on daily activities and administrative tasks (e.g.
meeting minutes, action items, deadlines)Support the improvements, harmonization, and automation of processes and HR servicesWork closely with the Project Management Officer and the Head of People Services EuropeAssist in the development and improvement of project management tools, templates, and processes to enhance project delivery efficiencySupport the organization of workshops and events within the teamCommunicate with HR partners in Europe.Your ProfileYou have excellent communication skills and can establish successful relationships within all levels of an organization easily.
You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.
You are a dynamic person, who takes the initiative and always thrives for success.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:
A bachelor degreeA good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPointPrevious experience in customer-servicePrevious experience on Service Now would be a strong advantageAffinity toward digital topicsA creative and analytical mindset, with a structured and independent working styleFluency in English (mandatory).
