We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Automation team in Lisbon. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze and address challenges effectively. With a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in marketing automation, you will play a key role in managing our marketing automation system.

Your passion for data and analytical mindset will be essential as you handle data wrangling and cleaning, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization with our CRM platform. You will collaborate closely with various teams, particularly Data & Analytics, and report directly to the Marketing Automation Lead.Support in identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in datasetsAddressing technical challenges or inefficiencies in workflowsManage data transformation by converting data into a format that can be easily analyzed, which may involve aggregating, reshaping, or enriching the dataSupport in combining data from different sources and providing a unified viewSupport in managing our marketing automation system Document and keep thorough records of all data sources, methodologies, and processesEnsure campaigns are error-free and aligned with brand standardsPrevious experience in roles in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields (1-3 years)Hands-on experience in implementing email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategiesProficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns in marketing automation toolsUnderstanding of the marketing funnel, lead lifecycle, and customer journeyKnowledge of API integrations and connecting tools via platforms like Zapier (a plus).Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement, Eloqua)Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions A growth mindset and an out-of-the-box thinkingDesire to learn more and specialize in marketing automationGood at planning ahead and sticking to clear timelines and deadlinesGreat team player who thrives in collaborative environments Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Nice to have: Account Engagement Specialist Certification Don't meet every single requirement?
