Information Technology Project Manager

Estamos à procura de um IT Project Manager que demonstre entusiasmo por abordar estrategicamente desafios, possua habilidades sólidas para gerir questões técnicas e esteja ansioso para abraçar esta oportunidade excecional.
Responsabilidades: - Apoiar na definição do âmbito, objetivos, prazos e recursos necessários para os projetos de IT; - Coordenar as equipas de trabalho, acompanhando o progresso e motivando os membros para alcançar os objetivos; - Identificar riscos que possam impactar o projeto e desenvolver estratégias para os mitigar; - Assegurar uma comunicação eficaz com todas as partes envolvidas; - Garantir que os entregáveis cumprem os requisitos e especificações estabelecidos; - Avaliar as necessidades de software da empresa e propor soluções tecnológicas adequadas.
Requisitos Obrigatórios: - Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e ferramentas de gestão de projetos; - Domínio de ferramentas como Microsoft Project ou plataformas similares; - Conhecimento aprofundado em tecnologias e desenvolvimento de software (linguagens de programação, bases de dados) para uma comunicação eficaz com as equipas técnicas; - Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência na função; - Disponibilidade para trabalhar 3 vezes por semana no escritório em Lisboa.Requisitos Preferenciais: - Conhecimento em design de sistemas (MVC, Microservices, Event-driven architecture); - Experiência em arquiteturas distribuídas, escaláveis e de alta disponibilidade; - Familiaridade com práticas de DevOps, CI/CD e automatização; - Experiência em gestão de versões e controlo de código-fonte (Git, TFVC, etc.
); - Conhecimento de tecnologias de integração (BizTalk); - Experiência na gestão de ambientes de produção, staging e desenvolvimento.
