More than 1 million patients have been treated with our oncology medicines over the past five years. Our medicines are being studied in over 2,000 clinical trials and in more than 30 types of cancer.
In a fast-changing and highly competitive environment, it is essential to adapt our go-to-market and evaluate how we are impacting our customers and consumers to better meet their needs and improve business results.
The new operating model demands for a higher volume of content production. As part of the Oncology department in our company, the Oncology Content Developer Trainee will acquire knowledge on how to develop and execute optimal customer-focused experiences that translate brand strategies into compelling omnichannel plans driven by advanced analytics and insights. In this role, you will provide full support on content creation that aligns with our new operating model and meets the needs of our customers in the field of oncology, through the right channels & platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive customer engagement. The evolution of traditional marketing teams into agile teams needs to be supported in order to be able to think, design, test, measure, and implement the campaigns that customers need and want.

Challenging tasksInsights into the world of the pharmaceutical industryNumerous networking opportunities, trainings & e-learning modulesYour responsibilities Support content creation (branded & unbranded) of communication and marketing campaigns in close cooperation with the BCM & Medical Advisor and other cross-functional team members to leverage the customer experience in a compliant way and in accordance with company standards.Liaise with Campaign Manager to align implementation and decide the appropriate platforms and channels to be used.Content creation and optimization: Create engaging and informative content for various platforms and channels including websites, social media, email, and online advertisements. Optimize content for search engines and ensure it is visually appealing, relevant, and accurate.Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast with the latest trends and best practices from other countries in content development and incorporate them into our strategies in order to find synergies and optimize resource utilization.Collaboration and coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and medical professionals to gather information, ensure accuracy, and develop content that meets our customers' needs. Coordinate with external agencies, if required.Support content measurement and analysis: Monitor and track the performance of content using analytics tools. Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement, optimize content strategies, and proactively suggest adjustments to the campaign. Test MVP with selected Key Customers.Act as Product Owner with end-to-end process responsibility, including internal approvals in a compliant way.Your CompetenciesBachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, or a related field.Previous experience in content development and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be considered a plus.Experience or ability to use digital tools like CRM systems, Veeva, and omnichannel platforms.Analytical and critical mindset to track performance metrics and use advanced analytics tools to drive insights.Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance in healthcare marketing.Hands-on, highly motivated, and with a creative spirit.Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Strong written and verbal English skills.Current Employees apply HERE Current Contingent Workers apply HERE Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully
